Would like to make a request that the provider doing the visits are able to enter referral notes at the top of the referral. This would allow them to quickly add updates like phone numbers, social worker communications, contacts between parties and general updates that are contract requirements as well as helpful information for gatekeepers, social workers, all agency staff to have.
Imagine a future where the feature is done and live on Sprout. How would we know we'd been successful?
