This request came from Candice @ Unite Family Services, shortly after overlaps and visit supervisor start/stop times were released:
Is it possible to add the wait times to the visit supervisor tab? It doesn’t seem to be on there at all.

The visit supervisor shift tabs shows only visit time by worker. This has been confusing for multiple providers, who expect to see other types of time (transport, wait) on the supervisor shifts tab.
Imagine a future where the feature is done and live on Sprout. How would we know we'd been successful?
In the data export, providers can clearly and easily see all visit, transport, and wait times worked by individuals on each visit report.
