[Task] QR code scan metrics

Task

Provide QR code scan metrics for each booth/event which are available to club holders upon request. Ideally includes:

• who scanned it
• what time was it scanned

This allows us to gather how many people attended each event, (and, if an event is run multiple times throughout the day, we know what times there were volumes of peak traffic etc etc... This will be useful for analytics which we could provide to next year's council as a courtesy
