Ability to change ArrayList's initial size

Hello! It would be useful to be able to change the initial size of an ArrayList, like you can change the initial capacity of a HashMap.

Maybe it would look like this?

ArrayList already has a "Clear" button, so maybe having both "Clear" and "Restart" would be confusing. It could also just update the initial capacity automatically on typing the new value.
