Sandra and Laura sometimes revise the CTSI Study IDs attached to an invoice line item. Revise the etl/update_invoice_line_items_with_invoicing_details.R to read the CTSI Study ID attached to an invoice line item in Sandra’s file and include it in the invoice_line_item record update.
