Comments Need to Explain Better What File It Is Expecting and What Role It Plays #232
Description
Looking at the comments in the files we would like to see clear explanation of the purpose of a file being called. As an example, just saying "this is your raw.txt file" it should explain where the file comes from, who expects and who uses it.
