Support for meshcore

Currently meshtastic is supported. This holds only a part of the LoRa mesh radios out there.

Thanks for the suggestion. MeshCore support is on the radar. The transport layer is abstracted so adding a new mesh protocol means implementing the same interface (connect, send, receive, list nodes). The main work would be understanding MeshCore's serial protocol and message format.
No timeline yet but it's tracked as an enhancement.
