Compress report content with gzip before publishing

🤔 What's changed?

When publishing to Cucumber Reports, the content was previously sent in cleartext. We now gzip the content first and send with the appropriate headers so it's compressed at rest.

⚡️ What's your motivation?

Compressing at rest will help keep down running costs of the service.
