help with troubleshooting the error

I can't figure out how to fix this error... Please help. Thank you!

Hi, this error looks like your BAM file doesn't match your FASTA file entirely. The contig NC_011593.1 seems to not be found in your BAM or FASTA. Make sure that the FASTA you've mapped to for the BAM is the exact same fasta you are passing to MicrobeMod.
