Installation broken because of meme

Hi,

I just tried to get MicrobeMod running again after not using it for a while. Unfortunately, the installation is not working as meme-suite.org has been down for a few days.
Therefore, building the Docker container also fails.
I haven't been able to get MicroMod running and would be grateful for any help.

Hey, you should be able to install the meme suite through conda or mamba instead:

conda install -c bioconda meme

Can confirm this worked for me just now.

Thanks! I tried installing it in a new conda environment, and it worked. I had to specify the exact meme version using 'conda install -c bioconda meme=5.5.5' to stop conda from choosing an older version of meme.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the Dockerfile running. I tried modifying the Dockerfile to use conda for the installation of meme, but this failed during the conda installation of meme. It would be great, if you could provide a dockerfile or docker container for the latest version of MicrobeMod.
