Improve member profiles' SEO #30
Description
Member profiles are currently not indexed at all by Google. We are missing out on an opportunity to boost CAPACOA members’ Entity SEO and the ranking of the CAPACOA site as a whole.
Potential fixes include:
- Implementing a dynamic sitemap;
- Ensuring that the member's name is populated in the <title> tag;
- Adding structured data to the page;
- Improving the index page to have a single link per member (right now there are several links per member, but some are hidden in the css).
I am flagging this issue for the next iteration.
