Fix information/files to run the example application

There are some information missing (from the video on the website) and simple things to run the example application:

• Add information on how to create the emulator used in the demo (in examples/ChimpChecker/src/main/scala/edu/colorado/plv/chimp/example/TestApp.scala)
• Add information and parameterize the paths to the android tools and apks
• Remove the automatically generated file examples/ChimpTrainer/local.properties
