Kick back into Espresso, when app suspends

We still have no way within Espresso tester to get back into the app after exiting the app. I will look into implementing the 'kick back' routine by tracking foreground activity ('adb shell dumpsys window windows | grep mCurrentFocus | cut -d'/' -f1 | rev | cut -d' ' -f1 | rev')

Pasting this here for my own reference:

adb shell input keyevent KEYCODE_APP_SWITCH
adb shell input keyevent KEYCODE_DPAD_DOWN
adb shell input keyevent KEYCODE_ENTER

we might need to add pauses between each step to make it work though.
