It looks like the last activity from the maintainer was 6 months ago. Is this component still actively maintained?

Seems like so, as there are some open PRs which fixes the latest issues and adds new features, but haven't been reviewed by the owner.

Seeing as it has been a while since I've seen any activity on the repo regarding PRs. I will shamefully take this opportunity to promote my rewritten version of button-entity-row as at the very least a temporary solution to help everyone get their custom buttons up and going again.

The new plugin is known as paper-buttons-row, it has the same abilities as this card and more, the configuration will be familiar but is different as paper-buttons-row is based on actions. It's working with the latest version of HA and is currently available as a custom repo for HACS and will be added as a default repo in the coming days.

Hopefully this can help some people 😀.

@jcwillox (or @SouravBasu) I would want to migrate to it but I'm a noob and I don't uderstand how to install, I don't find it in HACS (even if in the repo there's an hacs.json file) and in the src I don't find any paper-buttons-row.js file. Some helps please... 🤷

Hey @naamah75, this is because it's not available on HACS just yet I've submitted it and it should be accepted and available in a couple of days.

For now, you can add it as a custom repository to HACS, there is some documentation on how to do that here
