Bug with languages #48
Description
When selecting a language using the cyrillic characters, the OS freaks out and nothing works.
My friend has recently installed CutefishOS. He tried to install Roblox using Wine but no luck there, I had to try to help him through Discord for over half an hour and it's all because the Downloads folder name is in cyrillic characters cuz when you select a language, the OS automatically decides "yeah we're gonna name that folder unsupported characters for fun :)".
That is absolutely not the way to go. Please fix this.
