ENH: Run both jobs with a single call

Since in 99% of use cases both cron/run and queue/run are executed at the same interval, it would be nice if one could trigger both via a single URL.

Thanks for the idea.
I do not advise to execute the 2 actions at the same time because it increases the risk of having a timeout. Individualizing allows for more script execution time.
In addition, in an action has a bug, it makes it possible to know which one presents a problem.
