Python 3.12 compability

Hi! asynchat and asyncore is deprectated and removed from Python 3.12, replaced by asyncio

and ssl.wrap_socket is removed as well (hopefully easier fix according to Python 3.12 changelog)

Hello,
Is there any plan on porting irc_bot on Python 3.12? I use it through flexget which is now using 3.12, and of course irc_bot no longer works.

not ideal, but an interim fix might be to import these 2, suppress the warnings as suggested in pyasyncore README ?
