Materials Controller Feature - Set Texture

Currently im working on a script that allows our team to manage and import new materials using an xlsx file, however we've run into a problem where we need to assign the texture component for the imported panels list and we cannot as its not a feature currently found in the Api Library. While we can assign these components a color using the api we cannot do a texture :/ It would be a major aid if it was possible to add a function to assign texture values to materials in the material manager menu through code!

For reference this is the texture component I'm speaking of: "Wood_11" in this case
