Improvements of the tab component

When #841 is merged, the following improvements may be interesting:

1. to apply the same for the automobile API

2. to apply the same for the darwin-op API

3. to toggle all the tabs of a page when a tab is selected.

   To be tested, but I fear that it will cause scroll issues.

4. to let the selection persistent through pages (for example using a GET argument)

5. Determine if it's interesting to switch notes specific to language in a tab-component. Having a dedicated CSS for these other tabs would be better.
