Mail threading inserts all Reference messages #1095
Description
When a mail is sent, the threading sets In-Reply-To correctly, but adds a lot of References, which are presumably every previous message ID sent. I suspect that is not necessary.
NB In the following I have replaced 'cyclescape.org' with example.com.
