Captions are not spellchecked.

What I mean by this is that spellchecking works everwhere else, but if I type something in a caption/title box when adding a photo or an attachment, nothing. (This is just for a reply. It's fine when creating a thread.)

Let's not add a word count - no need. They can be annoying and there isn't a problem to be solved (people aren't writing overly long texts).
