Town hall makes a decision based on prior Better Reykjavik input, and shares their decision on the Better Reykjavik website. 2. Participators are notified by the system by email and open the website. 3. Users give a rating of one through five and optional comment. 4. Responses are seen in the final results of the town hall responses.   • ### As a member of a commission of the Guanyem/Ganemos coalition, i need a tool to submit documents for members and the public to comment, vote and edit commission and internal documents. 1. User adds a new document and submits it for Discussion for the predefined access group. User sets a deadline date for the Discussion. 2. Users comment positive and negative comments. There should be separate columns for positive and negative comments and that be voted up or down. 3. Proposal items that have a sum of three positive comments, are lifted to a separate activity stream. All party members receive a flag in their d-cent notifications button. 4. User who added the proposal, decides to put it to vote, and clicks on the button to activate voting functionality. User sets a deadline date for the Vote. 5. Users vote proactively on the items that are in a activity stream for New votes on proposal items. 6. Votes on proposal items that have n,nn% of votes, are lifted to a separate activity stream. All party members receive a flag in their d-cent notifications button. Vote results are published in yet another activity stream by the system and the results archived automatically. Alternative use cases Users in general can sign up to receive notifications about a specific discussion thread. User will be able to set email and sms notifications on for flagged items on their My Page. There can be selected if the notifications will be real-time, daily, weekly, etc. User will be able to set if any posts to their groups are flagged. User takes a photo of a bartering item to offer it for bartering. Geolocation is stored and text string metadata is asked on the same form. 2. Photo and metadata is uploaded to the service. 3. User is taken to a map of bartering items available with picture and written metadata. There should be a radius filter of nn kilometers. 4. User has a search box on to filter items through category and/or keyword. Alternative use cases User has a button to return to activity streams. User has a button to add new bartering item. **Open decisions** Should Users' items be browsable elsewhere than on the map search functionality, should there be a search result listing page? User creates a group ("project") by defining a activity stream filter and action algorithm, and invites people, and privacy setting for a group ("private" / "public").
