Vi Mode?

Are there plans to implement a vi-mode similar to GNU readline? Or is the plan to just stick to the current emacs bindings?

I support this. This library is conceptually promising, and the small size is attractive, but lack of vi/vim bindings is a bit of a deal breaker. I know other libraries exist, but the focus on Haskell and C in particular make it especially attractive.
