Performance assessment for availability hints

Getting availability hints is pretty slow, especially with many calendars enabled.

Assess performance and identify possible bottlenecks in backend.

Ideas for optimization:

• cache access tokens in-memory
• unify token-fetching for calendar (only fetch access token once per request/ refresh token)
