This would make life much easier. Descriptions, function parameters, and property indices.

Styles/indicators can also be "hotspots" that can be clicked, or can use mouse dwell times to show hints, descriptions, values, etc.

What level of detail are you curious about? :)

The high level usage? Or Scintilla calls that would be needed? Or actual parts of the source code that would need modified?
