Unstable map will be disappeared when use at overworld

Using unstable map at overworld will do nothing, but still consume it.

So do it if player use it in the End. Because the game need a few seconds to search of the structure. In these seconds, the map will disappear but nothing return. I suggest that only consume the unstable map only if the structure is successfully searched, if failed to find the structure, do not consume the map and print cannot find to the player
