Only calculate most relevant scores and not all scores for result sets by default #4
Description
NeEDL currently calculates all available scores for result SNP sets, start seeds, and single SNP scores for SNPs that are in the results. For most users, only the scores mentioned in the paper probably are relevant.
Changes in Shiny App probably are necessary.
