How to provide localization

I would like to provide a localization to de-DE, but I do not find a .POT file nor a mechanism to process the source code. If you can give me a hint how to do it, I can provide a german translation.

Es tut mir Leid, I've been busy elsewhere and haven't had time to tend to my own projects.

I have also been delayed in responding because I am working on a comprehensive update to swingtime and thought it might better wait on translation until I am finished with that work.

However, since I am not making the progress I would like, I will create a new branch called de and provide a swingtime/locale/de/django.po file, if you could then edit that.

Ich kann ein bisschen Deutsch, so perhaps if further übersetzung are required, I could have you provide me translation review of that later?
