Update comment blocks in architecture files

We need to go through and modify the comment blocks at the top of the files for our own personal use. It should make sure to give credit to Dr. Juergen Sauermann.

Waiting to close this until we figure out what we want the project name to be.

@dakriy @chiq2045 @glencross96 What should we put for our project name? I have comment blocks at the tops of a lot of our vhdl files and it includes the project name. Right now I have Booth's Radix-4 Processor but we might want to update that since it can be used for more than just booth's algorithm. Thoughts???
