ui: Scroll position is preserved for subsequent info-windows

If you close a pop-up window (with information or a tutorial) at a certain scroll position, the next windows will open with the same scroll position.

This will continue to happen until the entire application is restarted - that is, it also applies to the next missions or restarting the current one.
