Run Android and iOS mobile parity smoke validation

Goal

Execute and record the real Android/iOS smoke validation required to close mobile runtime parity milestone task 5.2.

Context

Follow-up from DALLAY-179. Builds and automated tests are green enough to isolate the remaining platform-proof gap, but milestone acceptance still requires real mobile smoke evidence.

Smoke Checklist

• link / trust establishment on-device
• ready state reached on-device
• create / resume / end UUID session
• receive a real runtime reply
• complete approve / deny flow
• recover via relink / reset without another surface

Acceptance Criteria

• Android smoke run is completed and recorded
• iOS smoke run is completed and recorded
• Evidence is attached or linked for both platforms
• Any failures discovered during smoke validation are documented as follow-up bugs
• DALLAY-179 task 5.2 can be marked complete based on recorded evidence
