Error: Some fragments have an invalid value for attribute 'offset'. 

I am trying to view RCF file using Cyclone. However when i open RCF files containig data of Bellon Benchmark ( eg. cook.rcf ), following error arises.

ERROR: Some fragments have an invalid value for attribute 'offset'. 
ERROR: RCF does not contain sufficient data for cyclone.

The wget example run very fine. I am unable to resolve this error. Any help will be highly appreciated
