Does hasvk work properly at all on Bay Trail and Broadwell?

Bay Trail's hardware might be too limited to use hasvk, but I'm not sure as I can't test.
Ivy Bridge and Haswell have alignment issues with workarounds applied to the common ISL code as well as the video decode additions. Does Broadwell have the same issues? If so, this seems like a bug in ISL rather than some fundamental hardware bug.
