[TESTING] Improve Streamlink Testing

Streamlink changed a plugin setting to the default that would have been a problem if not caught manually.

This repo should have some test in to pull whatever is the most popular stream from the site, make sure it validates and starts downloading and then terminate it. This will ensure any plugin changes upstream in Streamlink don't effect StreamDL.
