ErrorFile.dxf, Geom_BSplineCurve constructor fails

I intend to build dxfconv with debug info, so I can step into why the constructo of Geom_BSplineCurve fails.

First, I want to build a raspberry pi version of dxfconv, so I can mess with a debug version of OpenCASCADE without messing up my other computer.
