No module named 'ConfigParser'

When I run pgroutingloader.py, there is following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "pgroutingloader.py", line 24, in
import ConfigParser
ImportError: No module named 'ConfigParser'.

Is there anything I missed?

Are you using Python 3? The script was written for 2.7. You may try to use https://docs.python.org/2/library/2to3.html#to3-reference to convert it.
