circular dependency error

I am a junior dev. I have an issue with this first line {% extends "account/login.html" %} in the template/account/login.html file. It looks like a circular dependency error. Can someone help me with this? Am I getting something wrong here? I thought this html file should extend a base.html some where else instead of extending itself.
