upgrade cloud-init with latest debian buster 20.2 #2
Description
The existing 18.3 cloud-init is not working with queens and rocky openstack release. I have installed latest debian package and checked that 20.2 is working properly with queens and rocky release. I have just installed the debian, didn't refresh vyatta patches for the latest version. I want to know the recommended steps/procedure to upgrade the existing 18.3 to 20.2.
