When trying to set a value a System.IO.IOException will be thrown

Errormessage: Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei "****\settings.cfg" zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird.

Solution:

1. Check why the exception is thrown (only happens at first start if the file does not exist)
2. Replace the code

More Informations:
It did happen in a case where I did save the settings directly after I did load them.
When I'm saving it with a button click or such, it won't happen.
