Palladium Hangar not Working 5-3 / Darkbot v1.131.6 beta 3 #418

- I have confirmed i'm running the latest bot version
Have you tried to remove all plugins and see if the issue persists?
- I have reproduced the issue even after removing all non-required plugins
Can anyone else reproduce the issue?
- I have confirmed with someone else that they can reproduce the issue too.
Describe the bug
The bot is having issues with the palladium hangar plug in. If we select "play button" to start the bot, the bot will do nothing. If any windows are closed, the bot will try to start but will fail repeatedelly and stay in the same spot without any meaningfull progress.
It occasionally will try to "connect to hangar" but it imediatelly stops.
Expected Behavior
It should travel to 5-3 and collect palladium
Once full or dead it will travel back to 5-3 passing by 5-2, where it will sell the this far collect palladium and then repeat the proce either because of dead or because cargo is full.

Just run normal "Palladium Hangar" module
