Edit Swords of Justice Issues

When selecting Edit Swords of Justice, I'm prompted with three windows that report that data in my save reports a potentially illegal Coballion/Terrakion/Verizion encounter, and all three of those Pokemon plus Keldeo are marked as caught.

My save has never been touched by any external editors before this dump and I only just arrived at the Crown Tundra for the first time. I've done a couple dynamax adventures, but I've never seen any of these Pokemon yet.

Edit: After learning a bit more about the flags, I checked the flags for BB305227, 750C83A4, 1A27DF2C, A097DE31, which if the resource I found is correct should be the correct flags for those Pokemon being caught, and they are indeed checked in my save file so the plugin isn't reporting incorrect info. Perhaps they become unflagged after an in game event?

I was using the latest version from releases (v 1.1.0.0) but the issue is also there when I download and compile the latest version (Which is reporting as v 1.1.3.0)

Upon downloading the latest version of the plugin I just noticed that it similarly reports the Poiple gift as caught even though I've done nothing to do with that in the DLC so far.

Here's a copy of my save data, just in case it can help out any. It's a clean never-edited file that just completed the game and hasn't done most DLC content (In Isle of Armor I've only made my way to the first dojo cutscene, in Crown Tundra I've only made it too Freezington and captured a few dynamax adventure legendries. The only gift I've received from those listed in Edit World Events is the gigantamax Charmander.)
