Duplicate Hider Theme Integration Broken #38

Bug Description
The theme integration for Duplicate hider. [Which shows icon for hidden copies of the same game on other platforms] - seems to be broken since the last few updates.
This can be verified by checking the "Show platform icon even if only one copy exists.", and we observe that the icons still do not appear.

Below, in an older version - you can see both the epic and steam logos of the game in front of the cover image. (In the top right corner of the game "Gladius").
The same for "Arc survival evolved" in the second screenshot. This no longer appears in the newer versions.
