V.1 - PASS Screen K-5 / K-10 Only

The changes to curriculum mean that the PASS tool is only useful / viable for elementary students, so this needs either eliminated, or should only view and be used by lower grade levels. (K-5 for next year?)

JTC Update: This needs clarification. We need to see which courses / level will be fixed versus static. It's possible to use this MAYBE up to 10th?

I'd like to see PASS maintained for K-5 for the next iteration. It's a very useful tool, especially if we re-train users in its application.

I agree. In our case, K-5 will be standards-based. I will need to either rewrite the HTML for names of the levels / number of levels to match new schema, or they will have to be NOT hard coded and derive from a list.

I just don't think it is practical to try to do it beyond some point, though. I suppose we could technically try to redo it for K-10, but not sure how it would look. Not sure.
