Overview of Issue
In the current system the links for adding a student, exiting a student and moving a student from one course to another are all on the left menu, but link to CGI script mailto forms. These notify Ed Tech staff of the need, and this is manually performed by someone in their office.
This was seen as preferable for data accuracy and validity than allowing typical users to directly add, drop or move students due to our PowerSchool experiences.

The very simple forms are on BSSD's main server and contain the key fields needed:

- V.1268 Form Links Are Broken / Irrelevant - There is no form associated with these links in the GitHub version, so something needs to be in place to communicate this information. ;-)
The current links in this version go to a screen that does not work, but also holds BSSD-specific and outdated information in the "Alert" note field.
- Options could be a table built in that stores this information for manual action by admins, or a different simple mailto form that notifies whoever is needed?
- What might be better is some other way to enter these actions directly in the system pending approval like a form post that requires system admin to approve, ignore or deny the requested action.
- The fields on the forms all have required information for state and federal reporting and/or system set up...no fields are really option except notes for a reason, and all that data needs to be accessible
