Idea: `ipycytoscape` visualization option

Recently we added a new engine="ipycytoscape" option to Dask's visualize(...) functionality. It might be good to write a short blog post about it. @ian-r-rose, you added ipycytoscape support -- do you have any interest in writing such a post?

This idea came up in the September 2022 monthly community meeting. Opening an issue so we don't loose track of the idea

I think that this would be a fine blogpost. I also think that we've probably done more exciting and impactful work. I'd encourage people to think about some of the larger changes done over the last several months and rank by impact a bit.

I think there's good agreement on this point. If folks have other ideas, I'd encourage you to open an issue in this repo or share them at the monthly community meeting dask/community#279 (if you're able to attend -- I know that time doesn't work for everyone).
