Env build not working on M1 mac #152

Describe the issue:
I'm trying to contribute a blog but cannot build the ruby/jekyll software environment. Most likely because I'm on an M1 Mac.

Minimal Complete Verifiable Example:
conda install rb-commonmarker
OR
bundle install within the project directory

bundle install

partial output:
