make config setting to enable / disable gamma correction

@jordanlewis 's LED matrix doesn't appear to benefit from gamma correction. Playing youtube videos with gamma disabled looks pretty spot on, with respect to color on his LED matrix. Perhaps the LED matrix is pre-calibrated?
