Porting of documentation #1
Description
I suggest we do the documentation as .rst files and host them on readthedocs. The pydy project is an example of doing this.
Some initial notes. Make sure there is enough information on the required environment for building and using DAS3.

- matlab version
- mex setup (compiler version used)
- IPOPT
- and build/test instructions
