• Review previous action items

• discuss multi-writer DEP (Draft: Multi-Writer DEP dat-ecosystem-archive/DEPs#10)
• discuss ephemeral messaging extension DEP (DEP: Ephemeral message extension dat-ecosystem-archive/DEPs#28)
• process for updating hyperdb DEP with recent implementation changes (deleted flag, protocol type header).
• Discuss integrating an anonymity layer like tor or i2p with dat. Some community members are concerned that we haven't prioritized it yet. What do potential solutions look like? Can we accomplish it with the people and resources we have available? If so, when and how?

AGENDA ITEM: process for updating hyperdb DEP with recent implementation changes (deleted flag, protocol type header). Propose that I (or anybody) would submit a PR against the existing draft, add to the changelog, do review a la an original Draft merge (as opposed to "just merge it" or doing a new "hypercore 1.1" DEP). Also, is hyperdb implementation stable enough for this work, or are there other changes coming down the line?
