Why are the alert and warehouse hardcoded in the initialized template?
That seems like an antipattern.

The 'sql-alert-trigger' project contains a Databricks job which references a SQL alert and a Python notebook. The notebook connects to a Jira environment and creates an issue when the alert is triggered.
